Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business/data analytics or related field.
• Significant instructional experience in analytics or related field.
• Experience teaching adults in academic or corporate settings.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate digitally.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment for a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Lead online course sections and post announcements, engage in discussions, and provide timely feedback.
• Offer virtual office hours totaling at least one hour per week for students.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with the Faculty Lead on status and risks.
• Grade assignments and exams based on rubrics and deadlines.
• Meet weekly with the Faculty Lead and submit end-of-term reflections as applicable.
