Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is hiring for an e-commerce assistant responsible for item photography, descriptions, and online listing management. You will respond to customer inquiries and maintain accurate records while keeping a clean work area.

The role involves scanning books for ShopGoodwill, using Amazon/eBay platforms, and ensuring quality photos. A GED is required and a background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Applicant must pass background check.
• Willingness to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives and policies.

Responsibilities

• Acquire items, write descriptions, take photos and upload to ShopGoodwill/E-Books site.
• Answer customer questions and provide courteous customer service.
• Maintain record-keeping and paperwork; ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Scan books for online listings and manage photo uploads.
• Describe items accurately for ShopGoodwill and other auction sites.
• Shelve and handle jewelry items and ensure proper inventory.
• Collaborate with Workforce and Family Services to assist participants.
• Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements.
