Job summary

University of South Florida seeks a Learning & Development Facilitator (Finance) to lead online tutoring operations and digital media content development. The role partners with ASC staff to deliver remote and in-person learning experiences and to advance student success.

Responsibilities include coordinating CRLA tutor training, supervising tutors, and engaging with campus partners to support retention and persistence efforts. Evening/weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• One year of full-time work experience in a related position.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree.
• SB 1310: substitution of work experience for postsecondary education requirements.
• Related work experience may not substitute for licensure or certifications if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online tutoring and learning resources for the Academic Success Center.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, onboard, and evaluate online student tutors.
• Develop and maintain educational digital media content to support student learning.
• Facilitate online workshops and learning experiences for groups of students, staff, and faculty.
• Co-lead CRLA tutor training for levels 1, 2, and 3 (remote and face-to-face).
• Engage with campus partners and represent ASC at orientations and committees.
• Monitor impact through surveys, usage tracking, and progress reports.
