Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC seeks an Intervention Specialist for its OHDELA online program. You will support students with IEPs through diagnostics, behavior plans, and collaborative instruction across virtual settings, with occasional in-person testing and events.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of State Standards, experience with inclusion/co-teaching, and strong communication skills. Remote role with travel a few times per year is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Experience in full room inclusion or Co-Teaching in Resource Room.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interpret abilities and disabilities to tailor intervention strategies.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments for instruction and behavior.
• Write and implement IEP goals and behavior plans.
• Facilitate IEP Meetings and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with teachers to support student achievement and culture.
• Attend state testing and student events as needed.
