High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that works without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted exclusively through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest between $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate a lead assist program. Instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
