High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Performers

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and are looking to thrive in a high-end insurance environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego or unwillingness to learn.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. Instead, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
