We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are confident, effective communicators, and ready to follow proven systems without requiring hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial results.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven, effective system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
