High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to succeed in a high-end insurance sales environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products (average over $250/month).

• Agents who are motivated, follow proven systems, and need no external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly in leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
