High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-driven agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. We operate entirely through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-performing agents.
