High End Insurance Sales Agency - Join Our Elite Team

We are seeking top-tier, self-motivated, and self-managing sales professionals who thrive in a high-end insurance environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need urgent income and are desperate for sales.

• Agents who cannot afford to purchase their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our clients typically pay over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-value policies rather than traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.

We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
