High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month

• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources to our high-end agents. We are simply looking to expand our team.
