High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managed sales professionals who excel independently and are ready to succeed in a high-end insurance environment.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Agents who are motivated and ready to follow our proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are expanding our team and welcome dedicated agents.
