High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing salespeople who excel in a high-end insurance environment and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and overly reliant on immediate income.

• Agents who cannot purchase their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who need constant guidance and supervision.

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to feedback.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively engage clients.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system that already works.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not engage in lead assistance programs; instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking for more dedicated agents to join our team.
