High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier, self-motivated, and self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.

3. Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

4. Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-$70/month).

5. Uncoachable individuals with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with clients paying over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.

Average agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate lead assistance programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
