High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who CANNOT buy their own leads to make sales.

• Agents who NEED hand-holding every step of the way.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a big ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you're experienced.

• Agents who don't need motivation; ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.

We do NOT offer lead assistance programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We simply need more agents.
