High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who need hand-holding every step of the way.

• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.

• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assist programs, but we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
