High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and do not require hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

• Individuals interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego who are not open to training.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with excellent communication skills and professionalism.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer competitive contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
