You will conduct virtual consultations, guide the enrollment process, and manage documentation while building lasting client relationships. Training, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is a plus but not required.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfort with virtual meetings and common digital tools.
• Passion for helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Access to a Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and reliable internet.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
