Job summary

Brookfield Residential in Austin/Dallas seeks an Area Sales Manager to train and support the onsite sales team. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, construction and leadership to optimize processes, establish onboarding, and manage tasks end-to-end.

The role requires organizing multiple priorities and leading the on-site team, including temporary staff and events. You will mentor team members, manage CRM systems like NSS/NSE and Salesforce, and provide regular updates to VP of Sales &

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience selling new homes.
• Extensive knowledge of home building industry, sales, construction and closing processes.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and auditing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; willing to take on additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Establish onboarding and training processes for new hires and create onboarding schedules.
• Create and maintain ongoing training for existing team members.
• Maintain training materials and trainer videos for ongoing reference.
• Serve as primary contact for sales team, guiding and troubleshooting sales platforms.
• Provide administrative and event coordination support to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Record sales meetings and distribute recap notes and assignments the same day.
• Attend and help manage onsite events and trade shows with marketing.
• Provide monthly CX updates in sales meetings and oversee loan status tracking.
• Review and approve sales commissions; liaise between sales and accounting.
• Oversee sales office coverage, scheduling, and temporary staffing as needed.
