Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, education or related field.

• Ability to clear required background check.
• State License as a School Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure conformance of educational programs to state and local standards through evaluation and coordination.
• Research and implement curriculum resources meeting state standards.
• Manage teaching and administrative staff.
• Oversee Master and Lead Teachers and programs.
• Communicate the school’s mission and vision to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents on educational and behavioral issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws including special education.
• Develop and oversee the Academic Improvement Plan.
