Qualifications

• NBHWC coaching competencies and evidence-based coaching practices.
• Ability to facilitate student learning in online environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse student populations.
• Ability to provide constructive, competency-based coaching feedback.
• Proficiency with the Canvas LMS for communication, grading, and resources.
• Ability to collaborate with program leadership and MCC standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach online Health & Wellness Coaching courses using MCC outlines.
• Deliver instruction aligned with NBHWC coaching competencies.
• Provide timely feedback on coaching skills and student performance.
• Support diverse learners and monitor progress throughout the term.
• Maintain accurate student performance records per college policies.
• Participate in course-level assessment and continuous improvement.
