Qualifications
- NBHWC certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- 2 years of full-time related occupational experience.
- Minimum 200 hours of documented health & wellness coaching practice.
- Experience providing structured coaching feedback aligned with NBHWC competencies.
- Experience teaching or facilitating diverse adult learners.
- Experience teaching in synchronous and asynchronous online formats.
- Familiarity with Canvas or a similar learning management system.
Responsibilities
- Teach online Health & Wellness Coaching courses using MCC outlines.
- Deliver instruction aligned with NBHWC coaching competencies.
- Provide timely, structured feedback on coaching skills and student performance.
- Support diverse learners and monitor student progress throughout the term.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance per MCC policies.
- Participate in course-level assessment and continuous improvement activities.
