Job summary

Kroger in Tennessee is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select and gather products for online orders, ensuring freshness and quality. You will process coupons and payments, assist customers, and load orders into their cars at pickup.

As part of the e-Commerce team, you will handle substitutions, communicate with customers, and maintain cleanliness of staging areas while upholding safety and local food-handling standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.

• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk is responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup and ensure order accuracy.
