Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk in White House, TN. You will select and gather products for customers' online orders with emphasis on freshness and quality, and ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic math skills including counting and simple arithmetic.
Ability to read shelf tags and locate items quickly.

Responsibilities

Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders with attention to freshness and quality.
In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payment, and delivers and loads orders to cars at pickup.
In-Store Grocery Shopper scans and bags orders on the go while following bagging standards.
E-Commerce team communicates substitutions or exceptions to the customer’s order at pickup time.
Meet and exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
