Job summary

Kroger in Hutchinson, KS is hiring for an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble customer orders with attention to freshness and accuracy. You’ll process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers’ cars at pickup, delivering a positive shopping experience.

As part of the e-Commerce team, you’ll follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions, and maintain staging areas. Safety, policies, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to customers' cars for pickup.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper will scan and bag orders on the go while following all bagging standards.
• E-Commerce team communicates substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations and ensure order accuracy for loading into cars.
