The Kroger Co. is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to select and assemble online orders with an emphasis on freshness and quality.

You will process coupons, handle payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, delivering a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business. As part of the e-Commerce team, you will follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions, and ensure order accuracy while adhering to food safety guidelines.

• Minimum Position Qualifications: ability to work without supervision

Responsabilidades

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for customers' online orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to the customer at pickup time.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Follow directions in the note section and ensure item quality and freshness.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Retrieve orders from staging locations and load into customers' cars.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage return to online shopping.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Follow substitution policies for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item-location discrepancies to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of items needing repair.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in high-paced environments.
• Manage conflicts calmly and with integrity; follow directions and seek help when needed.
• Provide support to customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
