Job summary

Kroger is looking for an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk / In-Store Grocery Shopper at 1108 E 1st St, Pratt, KS 67124. You will select, assemble and load online orders for pickup, ensure product freshness, and process coupons and payments while delivering excellent customer service.

You will follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions, and help maintain a clean, organized pickup area. The role supports the e-commerce team and requires flexible, customer‑driven service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
