Job summary

Kroger is hiring for an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk in Kenosha, WI. This role involves selecting and gathering products for on-line orders with emphasis on freshness and quality, and delivering orders to customers’ cars when they arrive for pick up.

You will process coupons and payments, provide a positive customer service experience, and uphold Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with focus on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store in optimal temperature zones.
• Maintain organization of staging areas and report discrepancies.
