Kroger Pick ’N Save in Wisconsin is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk. You will select and assemble online orders with attention to freshness and quality, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

You’ll engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience, follow food safety procedures, and maintain clean, organized staging areas while meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Prioritize accuracy in selecting items for online orders.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions and pricing.
• Ability to read shelf tags and item locations.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders with freshness and quality in mind.
• Scan and bag orders and process coupons/payments.
• Load orders into customers' cars and communicate substitutions when needed.
• Follow bagging standards and maintain orderly staging areas.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and provide a positive customer experience.
