Job summary

Kroger in Tucson, AZ is hiring an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk. You will select and gather products for online orders, ensure freshness and quality, and prepare items for customers who arrive to pick up.

You will process coupons and payments, scan and bag items, and communicate substitutions when needed. Maintain a clean, organized staging area and provide a positive customer service experience. This role requires following safety protocols to support efficient online shopping.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products efficiently with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pick up.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines.
