Job summary

King Soopers is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble online orders in-store with a focus on freshness and accuracy. You will process coupons, handle payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup, while maintaining bagging standards and delivering a positive customer experience.

The role requires someone who can read shelf tags, perform basic math, and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk works as In-Store Grocery Shopper to select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• As part of the E-Commerce team, assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in proper temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the note section and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage online shopping return.
