Qualifications

• Read shelf tags to locate items quickly.
• Perform basic math for totals and quantities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Follow directions and policies to complete orders.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for online orders with freshness in mind.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble online orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag items while following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers when needed.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and assist in loading orders into customer vehicles.
