Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' vehicles.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
6. Adhere to safety, legal, and company policies, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
7. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
8. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles is preferred.
