Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders for customer pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders for customer pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
9. Follow instructions and respond professionally to customer communications.
10. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
11. Provide a positive customer service experience to promote repeat business.
12. Process orders through the POS system.
13. Determine appropriate substitutions for out-of-stock items.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
15. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
16. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
17. Assist in training new team members.
18. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
19. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
20. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
21. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
22. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
