Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. The team scans and bags orders, following all standards, and communicates substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, following safety and food handling procedures, and adhering to policies for substitutions and out-of-stock items. The role involves communication with customers via phone, managing equipment, and supporting new team members. Candidates must work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity. Support for individuals with special needs and older adults is also part of the role. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to perform essential functions.
