Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In this role, the In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. The team follows all bagging standards and communicates substitutions or exceptions at pick-up. Responsibilities include ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat business. The role requires following policies, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
