Job Description:

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Ensure order accuracy and quality.
9. Provide positive customer interactions and support.
10. Follow policies for substitutions and handle discrepancies.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
13. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, stocker, or cashier.
