Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pick-up. In this role, the team is responsible for selecting, assembling, and delivering customers' online orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. The position involves scanning, bagging, and following all safety and bagging standards, communicating substitutions or issues, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in staging areas. The associate will also handle POS transactions, assist new team members, and perform opening and closing procedures.
Must be able to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
