**Job Description:**
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

**Responsibilities:**
- Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- Initiate and complete order selection.
- Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customer vehicles.
- Communicate substitutions or issues with orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
- Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
- Ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Use POS system for order processing.
- Assist in training new team members.
- Meet productivity standards.
- Handle stressful situations professionally.
- Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
