Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently

• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking shelves, or as a cashier

Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for online orders efficiently, ensuring quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all food safety laws, guidelines, and policies.
8. Receive and store orders from the Order Selector, maintaining proper temperature zones.
9. Follow notes and instructions for order accuracy.
10. Ensure all items are of high quality and freshness.
11. Maintain professional communication with customers via phone.
12. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customer vehicles.
13. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping.
14. Process orders through the POS system.
15. Handle substitutions appropriately if items are out-of-stock.
16. Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
17. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
18. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
19. Assist in training new team members.
20. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
21. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
22. Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
23. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
