Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. • Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking shelves, or cashiering

4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.

7. Follow all food safety laws, policies, and procedures.
8. Handle orders from the staging area, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
9. Follow instructions carefully, including notes on orders.
10. Ensure item quality and freshness.
11. Communicate professionally via portable phone.
12. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
13. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
14. Process orders through POS system and handle substitutions appropriately.
