**Job Description:**
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. **Responsibilities:**
- Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
- Initiate and complete the selection process.
- Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
- Scan and bag orders following standards.
- Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
- Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
- Ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Respond professionally to customer calls.
- Perform opening/closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
- Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage conflicts and act with integrity.
- Support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
- Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

**Preferred Experience:**
