Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow safety, food safety, and company policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Use POS systems to process orders.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or stocking roles, or as a cashier.
