Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following all standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure quality.
9. Read and follow notes on orders.
10. Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
11. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
12. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
13. Process orders through POS system.
14. Handle substitutions for out-of-stock items according to policy.
15. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
16. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
17. Perform opening and closing procedures.
18. Assist in training new team members.
19. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
20. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
21. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
22. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
23. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Desired Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
