Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and freshness. They also maintain cleanliness, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with integrity, and supporting customers with special needs. Salary ranges from $16 to $17.50 per hour.
