Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Follow all food safety laws, company guidelines, and store procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and follow directions to resolve issues.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
