Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the order selection process.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers’ vehicles.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow safety laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Support a positive, cooperative team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or as a cashier.
