Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. The role involves scanning, bagging, communicating substitutions, and ensuring order accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety and food standards, maintaining organization, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires working in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity. Support for customers with special needs and minors is also part of the role.
