Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Follow safety procedures, store products in appropriate temperature zones, and maintain cleanliness.
• Use portable phones to communicate with customers professionally and respond promptly.
• Follow POS procedures, manage out-of-stock substitutions, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts effectively, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
