Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues with customers.
3. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing items appropriately.
4. Load orders into customers' cars and provide excellent customer service.
5. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
7. Report discrepancies or equipment issues.
8. Assist with training new team members and perform opening/closing duties.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
11. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
